Nicolina Bordian

Avocat à la Cour - Associate

Several reasons motivate and animate my practice as a lawyer :

First, I contribute to and am part of a process whereby the clients of the firm are provided with carefully studied and adapted advice, from the first interview until the implementation of the said solutions or rendering of a judgment.

Secondly, I constantly apply my knowledge of civil law and private international law, of which I am particularly fond of and which I have been able to develop during my comparative and private international law studies in France and during my teaching and research activities at the University of Luxembourg.

Finally, I have the opportunity to adapt and perfect the analytical and strategic reflexes acquired during my practical and academic experiences in International Arbitration.
